. . . . . . breakthrough technology that can be applied to the manufacturing of batteries.

Tesla, needs energy storage that is:
. . . . . . lower coast,
. . . . . . faster charging,
. . . . . . has greater range, and
. . . . . . can handle greater temperature ranges, and
. . . already has the breakthrough technology, that can be applied to the manufacturing of batteries, and
. . . whats more important, it has shown it's ability to come up with money to finance projects.
