Or at least, not make as much of it.
Reduce, recycle, reuse.

I have seen the shadow art before and have been amazed by what was created from trash. I wish I were this creative. Some people just blow me away! If only I had an ounce of that creativity.

Check out Richard Kolb the creator of Yardbirds.  He makes these cute little sculptues of animals using old metal parts.  A friend of mine bought me a horse from a gift shop here in Kentucky.  He has marbles for yes and nails for his tail.  Kolb is said to use recycled metals for his works.

I would have posted the link but I am new on here and it won't let me yet.  As soon as I can I will show you a picture of my little horsey!

Even when you get to the point of linking-you can't post that. It's considered spam. But anyone can Google
his name. His designs are cute.

I love the shadow art , but I wonder who buys their art. It's hard to imagine owning something that only looks like art when you shine a light on it. My friends would have me institutionalized if I had a pile of trash on a pedestal in my living room. Still I admire their creativity and think their work is incredibly cool. I'm almost afraid to ask if the seagulls in the sculpture with the wineglass are actual dead seagulls.
