This is really great! This will help a lot in spreading awareness thus starting change and results.  I hope through what everybody shares, people will be inspired and try to achieve a better goal.

Thanks for the reminder. I've done this in the past, but I don't always remember, particularly when I'm busy and just checking in quickly. It's a good idea to spread the word. For the forum, of course, but also to expand the conversations and open minds.
